The women who came from TV Tower were mostly illiterate and unable to understand many things. It is important that they get to know their rights and be in a position to stand for their rights. The struggle for their rights and their dignity is important, so that we can hope that they will be able to get their houses. As the women listened to what was being told them, they were filled with enthusiasm. It is a joy when we find the people getting empowered as they listen attentively with a desire to move ahead. As they moved out, there was radiance on their face. The empowering process is slow but steady process.
