If there’s a political leader in Patna who feels for those who are being excluded, it’s the ex Chief Minister of Bihar, Jitan Ram Manjhi. One has to go through the mill to know what it is to be crushed. Having been a victim of caste based discrimination, he feels for his people and has taken it upon himself to plead for the people. It was in this connection a meeting was held to plan to meet with the Governor and the Chief Minister – Nitish Kumar.
