Distribution among the communities at Kankerbagh and Officer’s Flat

On the 03rd June, the communities at Kankerbagh and officer’s Flat were given rations as they were the vulnerable communities who belong to the informal sector and often find it difficult to make both ends meet. As we distributed the rations, we were conscious of the dignity of these people who had to be forced to find an alternative. The insensitivity of the government to the hunger of the communities on the periphery has been alarming. We pray that the generosity of civil society will continue to give them relief.
