Yaarpur Tragedy

Life is precious, sop we say but at times when tragedy occurs we wonder how and why? The incessant rainfall on the 10th was the cause of death of three children. The family living adjacent to the old BSNL office had gathered for some celebration – Pooja ceremony. The head of the family who works on contract basis in the Railway had gone to collect his salary when the tragedy struck the family. The wall collapsed wherein the woman of the family and three of her childen were under the debris. One infant died on the spot the other was taken to hospital along with the mother. The third was found under the debris and declared as unknown, unclaimed, which is not true. The administration has declared compensation but the entire family is in hospital, we are following this case . It’s very pathetic as the government and its MLA’s or Mp’s do not bother about the plight of the people.
