Creating awareness among the construction workers

Our engagement among the construction workers has brought us to the reality of their struggles. As we engage with them, their constant insecurity of not getting work keeps echoing in our minds. We gathered them to give them an opportunity to share their struggles. We hope we will be able to continue to put pressure on the department to ensure the schemes get implemented. Some of the stories have been very pathetic and we are making every effort to meet with the commissioner and update him of the problems the workers are suffering. We hope and pry that there will be some sort of respite now.
