Liazioning with Ministers
The struggle of the urban poor to help them live a dignified life is becoming more of a challenge. When we approach the concerned officials, they seem to turn a deaf ear and our people have been slowly getting frustrated.
However, we at Aashray Abhiyan have always tried dint he midst of many challenges keep the spirits of the people up. Not giving up for a moment.
Now there is a new system put in place by the RJD party. Every Tuesday a minister sits at the office and listens to the grievance of the people. Being a minister he listens to the complaint and immediately takes up the issue with the concerned bureaucrat. This gives a relief to the people as immediate action takes place.
A widow was not getting her pension for about 20 years. After great persuasion the documents have come into process and we hope that she will also get a good sum of money.
Similarly our construction workers were also not getting the schemes entitled to them. The minister took a stand and has begun to speed up the process, as it would reflect the inefficiency of his ministry.
