Mourning for the ones who lost their lives

It has been a real shame and disgrace to the nation the manner in which we have treated the ones who build our city. The unplanned manner in which we have treated the city makers is a black day in the history of our great country. As our people walked back home, along railway lines on highways, knocked down by trucks and buses, run over by trains. These innocent lives were lost due to our callousness and taken the poor for granted, who do not matter. Trains that brought migrants back home had no water, long delays, taking them around sates so that some of them died due to sheer exhaustion when mercury touched near to 40 degrees plus. In memory of those lost lives and to pay respect to them, we stood in two minutes silence as we joined in solidarity with groups across the country. May they rest in peace.
