Planning, Monitoring and Evaluating
The success of any group that is operational depends on the quality and quantity of time invested with its members. We at Aashray Abhiyan hold this as a value. We are engaged at many levels and with many sectors but for the smooth functioning of our work, we need to invest in sitting together to plan, monitor and evaluate and look at the gaps and address them. The full timers met as a group to share our experiences over the weeks and to get acquainted with the challenges faced before us. It is very insightful when each one owns the program and takes full responsibility to implement the objectives of the program.
As we reflected on what should be our course of action with the challenges we face, there seemed to be felt need to sharpen our engagement and to work tirelessly to bring about the change we wish to see. Promising to support each other and in the present scenario to work in pairs as a way forward. Not to be affected by those groups whose try to divide people and to be focused by our stand.
