Relief to Gaighat

It is always a big challenge in these days as there are many calls from people to say that they are not getting food and they are hungry. It is pathetic to know how people are struggling and how they are unable to handle their hunger. How does one reach out to those who are in need. It is a herculean job as the government is not in a position to reach out with food items. Rice alone is being distributed and that is not sufficient and we need to continue to put pressure on the government so that they can device a method to distribute rations to the most needy. We are grateful that we can reach out to some of the people within our capacity.
