Meeting with vendors
There was a need to bring the vendors together. Many of them were being harassed by the law enforcing agencies. It was getting very bad and we needed o address the issue. So we had a good gathering of some 70 men and women who came together. The vendors felt that they need to be together in order to address the issue.
There is a need to pursue the fact that the identity cards have to be distributed soon after the elections. The representatives from each area, said that they will ensure that we keep this on a regular basis. It was a very good meeting and once they gathered together it was difficult for them to leave the office.
