Creating Awareness
When we are at the cross roads in life; when we have no alternative; it’s a do and die situation and we need to listen to that Inner voice; to the voice of conscience that compels us to walk one pace beyond. As the situation in the country grows grim, we need to wake up as citizens of this great country India.
It’s against this background; we decided to undertake the process of ensuring that everyone with whom we are engaged have their voter id cards. We carried out a drive for more than a month and ensured that in a total 1350 people have their voter id cords in Patna. We applied and were successful in getting 537 voter id cards of our people from different settlements, construction workers. Another 200 are in the process and we are in dialogue with the BLO and hope they will be as alert and will get the voter id cards made.
We are focusing on the experiences of the people during the past 10 years and raising issues that have affected them. We only hope and pray that our people will be strong enough to take a stand for what is right, for what will enable to live in Freedom.
