Distribution of Blankets

The severe winter this year has put the homeless in a very precarious situation. The worst hit is the people who have been affected by the developmental projects and are sleeping under the open sky. This shivering cold accompanied with rain has brought untold misery to the people on the periphery. Unfortunately, the insensitivity of the officials and all others has disappointed us. We struggled to respond to human need. Thanks to some very good benefactors who came forward with financial help to support us in this our endeavor. We were in position to reach out to some 300 families who were delighted to receive the blankets and witness a ray of hope on their countenance. The sun supported us by shining till we had completed the distribution and left the space. As we have no office space, we did the distribution in one of our settlements. We pray that God will bless our benefactors abundantly.
