Women have always been looked down in our society across the Globe. I always wonder when will we able to rise above the narrow thinking which we are perpetuating. We have to think of ourselves as one gender ’Human Gender’, rising about our silly souls who are always on the way to disconnect. The voices of being abused have been loud and clear and it is sad that these voices are falling on deaf ears.
The entire nation has been taking to the streets to defend the dignity of these young women who brought laurels to the country. It is a shame in a country where the Prime Minister proposes ‘Teach daughters…save daughters’ – “Beti paddaho….beti Bacchao.
