Literacy Day
The Indian nation is going through a very precarious situation and there is a sad picture being painted. India falls greatly in all the international indexes at its lowest. The main reason is because there is a lack of education, when will our masses come up and when will their living conditions improve? A small effort is being made to give children a taste for education. These little ones are taught when they are young and we ensure that once they are finished with us they will be able to join the mainstream education and become agents of transformation.
It was a joy to learn from our teachers when they announced about the rally, the smallest ones wanted to come. We were wondering if they would be able to walk this long distance but there were no complaints and some of them were barefooted. After this long march, there was an entertainment on the swings etc. in the playfield at Gandhi Maidan. Having enjoyed themselves, snacks were served to all the children and they went home overjoyed..
